"You have the right to work only but never to its fruits."
– Bhagavad Gita

This idea resonates deeply with me. For me, the journey of learning, exploring, and contributing matters more than the immediate outcome. The world of finance is endlessly fascinating, it is a space where complex systems, human behaviour, and global events intersect. Writing this blog is my way of broadening my horizons, challenging my thinking, and documenting what I learn along the way.

My name is Krish Lohia, and I am a graduate of Monash University, where I studied Finance and Economics. I'm currently working on a research project exploring the impact of systemic risk on the Indian banking system. I am driven by my goal of pursuing a career in core finance.

Beyond financial markets, I'm an avid reader with a deep interest in politics and policy, especially on how we can legislate for a more economically stable future. At heart, I'm open-minded and curious, always seeking to understand the world better — whether through financial literature, political thought, or meaningful conversations.

This blog is both my notebook and my compass, a place to turn complexity into clarity and curiosity into insight.
